Non-Discrimination/Title IX & Title II Coordinator

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”), 20 U.S.C. §1681 et seq., is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities.

Woodlake Unified School District does not discriminate on the basis of a person's actual or perceived characteristics of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, pregnancy, disability (physical or mental disability), medical condition, genetic information, political affiliation, veteran status, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex (including sexual harassment), sexual orientation or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law, ordinance or regulation, in its educational program(s), activities, or employment, and provides equal access to the Boys Scouts and other designated youth groups.
